Mick is a seasoned Bullhorn expert and client solutions specialist with over a decade of experience in staffing technology. He partners with firms to optimize their use of the Bullhorn platform—driving improvements across ATS/CRM functionality, recruiting automation, reporting, and front-office workflows.

Prior to joining Broad & Madison, Mick held key roles at Bullhorn, including Relationship Manager and Product Consultant, where he worked closely with clients across Europe to enhance adoption and maximize ROI. His thoughtful, hands-on approach and deep technical knowledge make him a trusted partner to staffing leaders navigating complex systems.
