With more than 12 years as a hands-on Bullhorn administrator, she has led multiple platform implementations and integrations, optimizing workflows and elevating data integrity across teams.

A solutions-oriented leader, Michelle is passionate about helping organizations thrive by developing innovative approaches that balance operational, financial, training, and technological priorities. She has also served two terms on the NALTO Board of Directors, contributing her expertise to initiatives that strengthen industry standards, education, and advocacy.

Based in St. Augustine, FL, Michelle enjoys an active lifestyle with her two teenagers and two English Bulldogs and coaches CrossFit classes in her free time.
