Before launching Broad & Madison, Brendan spent over 15 years leading consulting and service delivery at Bullhorn, where he built and scaled teams, led a $30M services business, and partnered with some of the biggest players in the industry. From M&A strategy to customer success and system integrations, he’s spent his career helping companies simplify complexity and operate smarter.
