Drawing from her experience as Director of Business Operations at a recruiting firm, Liz brings deep hands-on expertise solving the operational challenges that slow growing staffing firms down. She has worked across every layer of the recruiting process — from designing recruiter-facing workflows and ATS structures, to building reporting architecture ranging from daily recruiter management to strategic executive visibility.

Her work spans ATS/CRM design, automation strategy, marketing-sales funnel alignment, Bullhorn Analytics management, and integrating key systems with Bullhorn. However, her speciality is in creating the clarity and visibility that unlocks performance.
