Jerome Guerard

Chief Revenue Officer

Jerome Guerard is a seasoned sales leader and solutions consultant with over 25 years of experience in the staffing and recruitment technology industry. Serving as the Chief Revenue Officer at Broad & Madison, he brings the experience of thousands of customer engagements to the benefit of new clients.

Previously Jerome held significant leadership roles, including VP of Sales for a Staffing Microsoft ISV in North America and Director of Staffing Solutions at TMP and Monster.com. His career is marked by a deep expertise in digital brand strategy, SaaS solutions, Digital Transformation and the integration of AI in order to enhance the candidate experience and operational efficiency.

Beyond his executive leadership, Guerard is recognized as a subject matter expert in recruitment processes and ATS integrations, frequently sharing his insights at industry summits on the evolution of staffing firm tech stacks. He holds a background in managing regional P&Ls for global staffing providers across various verticals, from light industrial to IT.

Outside of his professional life, Jerome is an avid outdoorsman based in rural Massachusetts and Vermont, where he enjoys skiing, cycling, and coaching.
