Based in Scotland, Becky has built her career around helping clients succeed with technology. Prior to joining Broad & Madison, she worked at Kyloe, where she guided customers through implementations before moving into customer success. There, she became known for her ability to build relationships and turn challenges into opportunities. Today, that blend of experience, empathy, and problem-solving underpins her work at Broad & Madison, where she partners with clients to champion their goals and help them unlock long-term value. Clients value Becky’s approachable style and her focus on making their objectives achievable.

Outside of work, Becky enjoys gaming, playing the piano, and getting lost in a good sci-fi or fantasy book.
