Becky is Chief of Staff at Broad and Madison, where she keeps the business running and the leadership team focused on what matters. She works across operations, strategy, and delivery, turning priorities into plans and making sure the right things happen at the right time. It's a role that draws on a sharp eye for detail, a calm head under pressure, and a knack for connecting the people and moving parts behind the scenes.

Based in Scotland, Becky built her career helping clients succeed with technology. She started at Kyloe, guiding customers through implementations before moving into customer success, where she became known for building strong relationships and turning challenges into opportunities. That client-first instinct now shapes how she supports the team internally, championing the same outcomes and momentum from the inside that she once delivered for clients directly.

Away from work, Becky is happiest playing the piano, a video game, or a good sci-fi/fantasy novel.
