James brings over 11 years of recruitment operations and technology expertise to his role as an Associate Consultant at Broad & Madison. With a background working on large‑scale transformation programmes and optimising front‑office performance for multiple recruitment brands, he specialises in improving processes, elevating data quality, and helping teams get more value from their technology.

Before joining Broad & Madison, James played a key role in modernising ManpowerGroup UK’s recruitment ecosystem, delivering automation, system enhancements, and workflow improvements. His work included designing high‑impact automations, driving adoption of advanced search and match tools, and partnering with stakeholders to streamline complex recruitment processes.

Known for bridging the gap between operations and technology, James combines deep product knowledge with a practical, solutions‑focused approach. He is passionate about helping clients work smarter, reduce friction, and unlock the full potential of their recruitment platforms.
