At Broad & Madison, we believe that technology should drive efficiency, not create roadblocks. Too often, staffing and recruiting firms invest in Bullhorn software, Salesforce, and AI-driven recruitment technology, only to face complex implementations, disconnected workflows, and underutilized features that slow them down.

 

That’s why we built Broad & Madison—to help firms streamline, optimize, and evolve their tech stacks for long-term success.

How it Started

Our founder, Brendan Robinson, spent over 15 years in staffing and recruitment technology, leading thousands of Bullhorn software implementations as the SVP of Global Services at Bullhorn. He saw a common pattern:

Why “Broad and Madison”?

The name comes from two places that shaped Brendan:

  • Broad Street in Philadelphia, his hometown, representing strong foundations and smart growth.

  • James Madison University, where he honed his problem-solving mindset and strategic thinking.
