As part of the Broad & Madison consultant network, Adam combines product leadership experience with hands-on operational insight to help staffing firms modernise and optimise their technology. He has led product teams for SaaS solutions in the staffing space and previously designed and implemented the complete tech stack for an SIA Top 10 Fastest Growing Healthcare Staffing Company.

Adam’s passion lies at the intersection of people and technology. His ability to understand user needs — and translate them into scalable, automated, and efficient systems — allows him to guide clients toward smarter workflows and stronger business outcomes. Drawing on her experience as Director of Business Operations at a recruiting firm, she brings hands-on expertise solving the operational challenges that slow growing staffing teams down.

As part of the Broad & Madison consultant network, Liz uses her experience working across every layer of the recruitment process to help staffing firms reduce operational friction and build the systems and visibility they need to scale — from designing recruiter-facing workflows and ATS structures to building reporting architecture that supports daily recruiter management and executive-level decision-making.

Her work spans ATS/CRM design, automation strategy, marketing-sales funnel alignment, Bullhorn Analytics management, and integrating key systems with Bullhorn. However, her speciality is in creating the clarity and visibility that unlocks performance.
