With nearly a decade specialising in Bullhorn-adjacent technology, Jamie is Manager of Product Consulting at Broad & Madison, bringing deep expertise in product delivery, customer success, and building high-performing teams. He leads the delivery of Clean, Broad & Madison's next-generation CRM deduplication solution for staffing firms.
Jamie brings a wealth of experience in the staffing technology space, most recently as Head of Product Delivery and Customer Support at Kyloe, where he led the teams responsible for implementation, adoption, and technical support across a global client base.
Known for bridging the gap between technical delivery and client outcomes, Jamie has a track record of driving adoption and retention, ensuring that technology investments translate into long-term value for the staffing firms he works with. His hands-on experience across product rollouts, support operations, and team mentoring gives him a rounded view of what it takes to make implementations stick.
Based in Scotland, Jamie brings a grounded, people-first approach to everything he does. Away from work, he is an active member of his local coastal rowing club and can regularly be found competing in rowing competitions across the country.
