Broad & Madison Marks $2M Revenue Milestone With New Model Name and Expanded Data Quality Platform
Bullhorn partner Broad & Madison has reached 54 clients and $2 million in revenue within 1.5 years of launch, successfully establishing itself as a trusted operational partner for staffing and recruiting firms.
After working closely with clients to develop flexible solutions that respond to their needs, the company is using the milestone to rename its engagement model from ‘Launch, Maintain, Evolve’ to ‘The Lodestar Model’. The company is also announcing an expanded version of its data quality product, Clean, and going public with a new brand identity and website.
"I spent over 15 years leading Bullhorn implementations across firms of every size, and the pattern was always the same," said Brendan Robinson, Founder of Broad & Madison. "The firms that got the most from their technology weren't the ones with the biggest budgets. They were the ones with the right foundations in place, clean data, solid workflows, and people who understood the platform. Broad & Madison was built to give every firm access to that, for as long as they need it."
Embedded Bullhorn Success and The Lodestar Model
Broad & Madison's core service, Embedded Bullhorn Success, covers fractional Bullhorn admin and management, including everything from day-to-day Bullhorn administration through to full-scale transformation. It is built around The Lodestar Model, a framework that flexes to clients based on what they need.
The Lodestar Model takes its name from the navigational concept of a lodestar, a constant and reliable fixed point that sets the course and guides direction. It reflects Broad & Madison's view that operational performance is something to navigate toward continuously, and that an embedded partner who stays invested delivers more than any one-off engagement can.
"For years, staffing firms have been caught between two options that both fall short. Traditional consulting firms leave when the engagement ends. Software vendors hand over the platform and walk away. That gap is exactly where Broad & Madison works. Rather than boxing clients into rigid projects with tight scopes, we're here for every stage, whether that's scaling up, changing technology, or finding their footing after a period of change. We're here to help them navigate all of it," said Brendan.
Clean Relaunches as a Data Performance Platform
Clean, Broad & Madison's data platform built specifically for staffing and recruitment firms, has been relaunched with significant new capabilities. The product, launched in late 2025, originally focused on identifying and merging duplicate records. It has now been expanded to include analytics and automated routines that surface database health and AI readiness, while keeping data accurate and performant on a continuous basis.
According to Bullhorn's 2026 GRID Industry Trends Report, 45% of companies cite data as the primary barrier to AI adoption. Clean addresses that directly, ensuring ATS and CRM data is AI-ready alongside keeping it accurate and visible across sourcing, outreach, and reporting.
"Data quality has always been treated as a hygiene problem, something you fix once and move on from. We don't see it that way. If your data isn't performing, your recruiters aren't performing, your reports aren't reliable, and your AI investments won't deliver. Bullhorn's own research shows that agencies embracing AI across the recruitment cycle are three to five times more likely to see revenue growth. Clean exists to make sure data quality is never the thing standing between your firm and that opportunity," said Brendan.
